  I work in the center early mornings & sometimes me & co workers go for breakfast & a chat to socialise, to the Greggs store next to boots there can be as many as 8 of us that go! firstly the oldest lady who works there has no customer service skills, I find her mannor & attitude to be rude & stand off-ish, so much so that when I visited store wednesdat 14th of may ordering a sausage sandwhich & a hot chocolate, I felt like cancelling my order & going else where as there are many food places to eat! Secondly you as a company pride yourself on products being freshly made, so why at 9.30am are alot of pastys luke warm or cold? Mainly sausage rolls? iv also known bacon to be cold also
